Sri Lanka Day 4 (Welisara): Exploring the Plants
This is my breakfast, another omelette. HAHAHA. Wanted non-toasted bread but... it's ok! We also tried Misuki Special Mixed Noodles. Their noodles here is our bee hoon!
It was very tiring at work because I walked everywhere and the plants cover a really large area. Went to the Professional Margarine Group (PMG) Plant first. It smells so nice!! Get to taste the margarine with no flavouriings. It was really interesting and I am glad that they were so willing to share everything with us eg. their secret recipe.
Has Sri Lankan Milk Tea for morning break today.
Lunch was this: deep fried chicken, fried hard-boiled egg, vegetables. The chilli is really quite spicy and as usual, the rice portion is insane.
Just when I thought I can start on the report on PMG plant, time to go to the fractionation, IE and refinery plants. The whole session I just stone because the process is so complicated and my shoes was oversized. I was just not in the right state. HAHHAH so i blacked-face throughout.
3.30pm tea time, I have switched back to black tea. Not that I don't like milk tea but black tea is healthier! Can't imagine myself drinking milk tea all the time especially since I have a little bit of lactose intolerance.
Finally back to the hotel and had to change our order twice because of the limited ingredients in the hotel. I finished all the sausages by the way!
Started to have gastric problem again after 4 years!! Why? I have been eating what ):
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY!!
