Sri Lanka Day 69 (Colombo): Last Day of Internship
Took a tuktuk to work today with my lugagge and early morning getting irritated by the hotel people.
Today marks the end of my 10 weeks of internship. After typing out and finalising the learning report, I realised that indeed, I have learnt a lot here. Ending my internship also means that I AM COMING HOME SOON!!
Breakfast: Last tuna sandwich from Fab
Dessert: wattalappam, coconut custard pudding
Lunch: last chicken curry and rice from Majestic City. I had lunch with Indika, Fiona and the rest today! Effort to mingle only on the last day. Sigh.
Bid farewell with the Managing Director and General Manager and the company got us each a bag which was super useful!
Took a break and went to Majestic City to buy the mini donuts for the colleagues as farewell gift.

Time was not on our side because Salisa had to catch her train and hence we needed to lock our luggage in her room before she go.

Knocked off at 5pm sharp today and finally got to chill along the railway track which I wanted to do so since my first day here.
