Breakfast: Fish (Tuna) sandwich for a change!

Started the day with a briefing on bakery sales operation and distributor operation.
Then, Mr BNJ Fernando brought us to a Chinese Restaurant- Great Wall Restaurant, where we had tie ban tou fu, chilli cashew chicken and tomyum fish. Super happy that I got to eat this after 8 weeks. We saw a Chinese tour group there and the local guides have really fluent chinese.

Started our visit to the Colombo distributor then machinised bakery and artisan bakery after that.
