Sri Lanka Day 60 (Colombo): Understanding the Fortune Retail Business

We have moved to the Fortune Oil Retail Business today and coincidentally,today is Head of Sales & Marketing - Mr Hiranth's birthday.
Breakfast: Egg sandwich (most likely from Perera and Sons by looking at the packaging)
Birthday treat from Mr Hiranth (really good packaging and presentation and taste). Turning into some food taster here alr! HAHAH. I finally see ham after 8 weeks!!
Talked to Mr Hiranth to understand the retail business and the market that our businiess is operating in and so on.
Lunch: Red rice and curry. Pretty sure it is not pure red rice
Then we talked to the brand manager and understand the Fortune Oil promotions and advertising. Current month campaign is collection of labels to stand a chance to win rice cooker daily, oven weekly and fridge monthly!
Dinner: sandwiches made by MD's wife (I think). I couldn't really understand but I heard MD and I heard Mdm so I guess it should be MD's wife!
Don't know what kind of bite is this but my whole leg is swollen OMG ):
